The Institute for Applied Business Law focuses its research on the areas of corporate law, compliance and ESG.
As a rule, research is carried out within the framework of previously defined projects that deal with specific legal issues. In addition, the Institute and the Board of Directors are regularly commissioned to prepare scientific opinions and statements.
The results of the research conducted by the Institute and the Board of Directors are usually published as scientific publications; however, expert opinions and statements are only published if expressly approved by the client.
